Our journey on Jumia started early 2013, Everybody sees beauty in a different way but it was not so easy penetrating the Nigerian market when we started our beauty Brand. “Jumia has provided a very good platform for pushing our Zaron brand which in turn has led to a tremendous increase in our sales and has helped to boost our marketing. Selling on Jumia, we have been able to reach a wide range of people with our products online and offline which we could not combine before’
It is easy to get carried away with all the activities as a big beauty business in Nigeria but one thing I will advise other retailers to do is to take their businesses online because with the help of the internet, the world has been shrunk to a global village. Exploiting online presence does a lot for the growth and expansion of any business’
