The FCMG mogul, Reckitt Benckiser partners with Jumia via its JForce program to empower and educate the Nigerian Community on its assortment of products on Tuesday, 26th of January, 2016.
The event which was held at Montgomery Road in Yaba was aimed at helping youths fulfill their dream, be their own bosses and fostering financial freedom. Currently, Jumia has over 40,000 JForce agents working independently which makes up over 50% of the entire Ecommerce workforce.
Guillaume Raffy, Head of Sales, Jumia Nigeria, JForce captains along with members of management of Reckitt Benckiser empowered JForce agents with information to deepen it penetration both offline and online.
JForce representatives get paid commissions by RB when they meet certain targets given to them by RB along with the regular JForce incentives, hence making agents earn more at doing what they do best, SELL! Agents were also presented with gifts in appreciation of their sterling qualities and dedication to duty.
According to the Brand Manager, Andrew Ochu, ‘the purpose of partnering with JForce is to ensure access to proper hygiene by making these products available across the country, in local stores and ultimately to everyone at lowest available price. The Jforce will be getting by far the best available price in the Nigerian market to leverage on.
Guillaume Raffy, reiterated the commitment of JForce to driving the brand and its product in Nigeria by driving it penetration at the best prices available.
