The Consumers NG awards have revealed the finalists for the top online retailer of the year and Jumia has been nominated for the 2015 Consumers NG awards.
Consumers NG, an online consumer rights advocacy platform established to ensure a more consumer-centric culture in Nigeria has released names of nominees of its maiden awards which aims at celebrating brands who are delivering premium services to Nigerians.
Jumia will be competing for top spot with Kaymu, Konga and Yudala to affirm its position in the Ecommerce sector. In selecting the winning brands, consumers themselves will be voting their choice brands. Already, the voting process has started online and everyone is free to cast their vote.
You would recall in the previous year, Jumia won the prestigious Nigerian Customer Service Excellence Awards and the Abuja Chamber of Commerce & Industry E-retailer of the year Award.
