I made an order for a Wrist watch and a powerpack 2months ago( June precisely), I got both item only to find out the wrist watch had a bad buckle and the power pack wasnt working, i returned it the next day. Each time I call I keep getting flimsy excuses from your customer care, and they act like they are progammed to say the same thing each time without reasoning! For chist sake 2months its too far off and the fact that I have to do the calling to know the status of my order is annoying. Each time, i’m told ”we are sorry for the delay, we are working on it, i will escalate it”,it doesnt get any better than that! initially you guys were awaiting confirmation that a retrieved item was in your warehouse! That is so unreasonable because your own staff retrieved the item. You are indebted to your customer if an item was paid for and it is confirmed that what you sold was bad! This is unacceptable!
