  1. I will say it seems a great experience but the 3GB data was a big fluke. Till now I’ve not got 1MB but for MTN to tell me they don’t have such package. If JUMIA fails in this aspect of failed promise, let’s wait and see what happens next time.

  2. I bought two innjoo phones having same problem which is battery, (innjoo fire & innjoo one. The phones are good but in terms of battery zero. You guys just wrote on the site that the phone is highly efficiency and enable long use, that’s a big lie….. I want to
    a return with immediate effect…..

  3. Please Jumia you guys should always try to deliver the right item ordered by people… It has happened twice to me when I ordered for a gold colour power bank u guys went ahead to deliver a different one entirely knowing fully well what I ordered for

  4. Pls i also bought infix hot note & I cldn’t get any 3gb promise & I av call & go to Mtn office & dy said dy had no agreement with jumia for any free offer
