Hello Jumia Fans,
You would remember I mentioned that Jumia had been planning a lot of big events to celebrate its first Year as Nigeria’s biggest online retailer. Now that’s a big deal and last week we really pulled it off in Lagos with an E-commerce conference and Fashion show that was done with the famous ‘Great Gatsby’ Tune.
I am going to give you more gist about everything that happened behind the scenes of the Jumia Fashion show.
There’s no doubt that the fashion show brought together people from different works of life including people in the fashion and beauty industry. The Theme, Beautiful ladies, Handsome male models, the make-up, the ambiance made it a really exciting show.
The Fashion Show had some of Nigeria’s runway favorite models, joined by Jumia’s hottest staff walking the runway. We also had the planning team which includes the Fashion PR consultant and style editor ‘Ijeoma Ndukwe’ who shared a few Fashion tips with the in-house team.
I spent a lot of my time backstage and I got full glimpse of what happens before the models hit the runway, So i will introduce you all to everyone that was part of the fashion show from the Models to the Make-up artists and planners.
